Checked my iUniverse sales and royalties page today and I sold 212 copies of Mr. Touchdown in the first quarter of 2015. This puts me over 2,000 total copies sold since it was published in 2005. The sales have always been slow but steady with the high point always the first quarter, for Martin Luther King’s birthday and Black History Month.I am really proud of my baby.

I shall have to read this. Willie was always on his guard but a genuinely good guy. It was difficult to get to know him however (and that is understandable, given the circumstances). I had heard that his sisters had a much more difficult time of it, but I was insulated from contact with them. In retrospect, there were many small things we all could have done that would have made a very large difference.

This is what the book is about, as much those little girls as about WIllie.
